Terms and Conditions

By signing below, I hereby certify that I have read and understand the terms and conditions listed.

• A $50 non-refundable enrollment fee is due at time of registration, along with the registration form.
• If you wish to remove your child from the school for any reason you must provide one month’s written notice.
• There will be a $10 late charge for all payments not received on the first of the month.
• If person other than the designated is picking up the child, the school needs to be notified in advance.
• Permission is granted to call a physician or ambulance in case of an
  accident at the expense of child’s family.
• The payment amount remains the same regardless of school days attended, illness, vacations or extended out of country stays.
• Creative Explorers Learning Center reserves the right to release a child if preschool decides that it is best for the child and/or preschool.
• If a child is withdrawn during the months of May or June, tuition fees will have to be paid till the end of the school year.
